CHAMPS Staff



 Tom Adams, Director, BSW
Tom has been Director of the CHAMPS program since its inception in 2006. Since 1973, Tom has been Assistant Director of the National Parent Training Program at Boys Town, Director of Training for Mosaic and a reviewer for the Council on Accreditation. Tom authored Common Sense Parenting for Christian Families, an approach to connect parenting to scripture.


Yvonne Stock, Parish Nurse, RN, MS
Yvonne has been a registered nurse since1957, practicing and teaching nursing for fifty years. She completed a Parish Nurse Certificate training program in 2006 and began with the CHAMPS program in April of 2006. Yvonne is a coauthor of Basic Pharmacology for Nurses.


Chris Rohlk, Administrative Assistant
Chris has worked for the CHAMPS program from the initiation of the program. She worked in a church setting for several years prior to her years with CHAMPS. In previous experience, Chris was the manager of a clinic laboratory and a medical technician in a hospital setting.
