Funding

Since January 1, 2009, CHAMPS has been funded by Immanuel Health Systems to continue our work in the support and development of senior health ministries. The first three years of the CHAMPS program were funded by the Alegent Health Community Benefit Trust, a foundation of Alegent Health Systems. Immanuel Health Systems and Catholic Health Initiatives are the primary stakeholders of Alegent Health.

CHAMPS continues to provide faith oriented support and service to congregations in their efforts as they define the needs of their seniors. With the vision and support from our sponsor to work with congregations, we strive to fill the gap in the care of seniors.
